This volume (subtitled "Constitutional Rights: Civil Rights and Civil Liberties") includes chapters 10 through 19 of Fisher/Harriger, American Constitutional Law, Eighth Edition (hardback). American Constitutional Law is the only book that develops constitutional law in the comprehensive sense.
